Description of Task to be Performed:

· Interface with government customers and stakeholders to derive requirements for development.

· Develop web-based application modules according to customer defined parameters.

· Oversee and guide software deployments.

· Develop, perform testing and fixes in a local environment, to deploy and test in an intranet environment.

· Create stand-alone databases for use in a local environment using Oracle DDL scripts.

· Create tables, views and permissions, insert records to display sample data.

· Manage versions and deployments using Bitbucket

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or technical training in an Information Technology related field or web application systems development background/training with 8+ years of directly related experience.

Experience performing data migrations.

Proficient with front end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Experience working with SQL databases like Oracle (19) and MS Access.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.

Experience working with Apache in a Linux environment.

Must meet DoD 8570 IAT level II, training and certification requirements:

Computing environment (CE) certification: CompTIA A+ ce, CompTIA Network+ ce, Microsoft Certified Professional, or the like.

Information Assurance (IA) certification: CompTIA Security+ ce, GSEC, CCNA Security, or the like.

Must have the ability to obtain Secret clearance, active Secret clearance preferred.

Must be able to lift IT equipment of up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of PHP and Laravel.

Familiarity with git version control tool and Bitbucket.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working with a team of developers and providing technical guidance.

Experience leading team meetings and Agile Sprint meetings.
