Workplace Services Manager

Job Description

As the Workplace Services Manager at Anaplan, based in London, you will lead and manage all aspects of our office facilities and workplace services to enable a productive and safe working environment for our teams. You will partner with global facilities teams, drive initiatives around space optimization, vendor management, health and safety, and workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, including reception, mail, and office services in our London office.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Lead health and safety, compliance, and security programs in accordance with local regulations.
• Plan and manage office moves, space utilization, and capacity planning.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workplace experience and operations.
• Lead a small facilities team or coordinate with a regional team as needed.
