Role overview
Anaplan is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its People & Culture team in York, United Kingdom. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles to support Anaplan's growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, data engineers, site reliability engineers, and other technical disciplines).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and improve hiring processes.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage offers and coordinate with HR and engineering teams on onboarding.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other tools to track metrics and contribute to employer branding.
- Build a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering and other technical roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
