Anaplan is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its People & Culture team in York, United Kingdom. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles to support Anaplan's growth.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, data engineers, site reliability engineers, and other technical disciplines).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and improve hiring processes.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage offers and coordinate with HR and engineering teams on onboarding.
Utilize the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other tools to track metrics and contribute to employer branding.
Build a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a fast-paced tech environment.
Experience recruiting for software engineering and other technical roles.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and modern sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
