Support Analyst - Financial Consolidation

The Role

As a Support Analyst for Financial Consolidation at Anaplan, you will be the first point of contact for customers using Anaplan’s Financial Consolidation solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with data imports/exports, model optimization, and provide guidance to ensure successful deployments. This is an on-site role based in York, United Kingdom.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot financial consolidation models in Anaplan
• Reproduce issues, log tickets, and track progress through to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to implement fixes
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
• Deliver product training and onboarding for customers
• Assist with data loads, mappings, and model optimization
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights

What We're Looking For

• Interest or experience in financial planning and consolidation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues
• Familiarity with cloud-based planning tools and Excel
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in York, United Kingdom
