Support Analyst - Financial Consolidation

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, UK. You will support finance consolidation processes within the Anaplan platform, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and a smooth user experience for finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for finance consolidation models in Anaplan
• Troubleshoot data integration and model issues, including data load failures and formula errors
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Maintain and update data models, dashboards, and documentation
• Create runbooks and user guides; provide user training and ongoing support
• Manage user access, data uploads, and schedule monitoring
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support close cycles

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial consolidation or planning tools; knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data manipulation is a plus
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
