Overview
As a Solution Implementation Manager at Anaplan in San Francisco, you will lead enterprise client engagements to implement Anaplan solutions that drive measurable business value. You will collaborate across client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and value realization.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for large enterprise customers.
- Gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize Anaplan models and deployment templates.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communications, provide status updates, and facilitate governance meetings.
- Deliver training materials and lead user training; enable customers to realize value post-implementation.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance during deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or management consulting.
- Proven track record delivering complex deployments of ERP/BI or cloud-SaaS platforms.
- Strong project management skills; PMP/Prince2 or equivalent is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with data modeling and analytics; familiarity with spreadsheets and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
