Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant works as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business objectives into actionable Anaplan solutions for supply chain planning processes such as demand, supply, inventory optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You will lead workshops, gather requirements, design model architectures, configure planning solutions, and drive demonstrations that illustrate ROI and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into Anaplan supply chain solutions (demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP).
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery of product demonstrations and workshops.
• Design and configure Anaplan models, map data, and define planning scenarios; advise on best practices for data integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Create compelling proof of value through ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and value realization plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success to develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training and enablement to customers and assist with change management to drive adoption.

Requirements

• Strong background in supply chain planning and analytics; experience with planning platforms (ideally Anaplan) highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Technical skills in data modeling, Excel, and data integration concepts; familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle); SQL experience is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed; fluency in English; location in Stockholm or willingness to work on-site as required.
