The Role

Senior Manager, Solution Consulting will lead a high-performing team of solution consultants, partner with Sales to shape and close complex deals, and design scalable solutions on the Anaplan platform for enterprise customers in New York and beyond.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Solution Consultants
Partner with Sales to shape deals and gather customer requirements
Deliver compelling demonstrations and workshops of the Anaplan platform
Translate business needs into scalable solution designs, data models, and modeling architecture
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advocate for customers

Qualifications

10+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or related customer-facing roles
Strong knowledge of cloud-based planning, CPM, data modeling, and analytics
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel as needed
