Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan, you will cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, drive adoption and value realization of the Anaplan platform, and act as a trusted advisor to executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive relationships with strategic customers in your portfolio
- Partner with customers to define success metrics and drive renewal and expansion opportunities
- Oversee onboarding, training, and adoption programs to maximize value
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to align on customer outcomes
- Monitor health and risk indicators, conduct quarterly business reviews, and develop remediation plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven ability to influence at executive levels and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms; data-driven mindset
- Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus
