About Anaplan

Anaplan is seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of Revenue Performance Management (RPM) solutions from our London-based team. You will work directly with clients to implement, configure and optimize Anaplan RPM models that enable accurate forecasting, planning and performance analysis.

Role overview

As a RPM Solutions Delivery lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Anaplan RPM engagements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success from discovery through post-implementation support. This role combines consulting, technical modeling, and stakeholder management in a client-facing environment.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end RPM solution delivery engagements for clients in the EMEA region from London or nearby locations
• Gather business requirements, translate them into scalable Anaplan RPM models, and configure model structures and dashboards
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget and risks; communicate progress to stakeholders
• Own data integration and mapping from ERP/CRM sources; validate data quality and governance
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure successful deployment and adoption
• Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support for optimization opportunities
• Travel to client sites as needed to support engagements

What you will bring

• Proven experience delivering Anaplan RPM or related planning solutions (FP&A, revenue planning, performance management)
• Strong in Anaplan modeling, data integration, and dashboard design
• Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and integration with ERP/CRM systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working in a client-facing role
• Project management or consulting background with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Anaplan certifications are a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
