- Lead regional SLED sales strategy and execution
- Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and solutions engineering to tailor value propositions
- Manage strategic accounts and cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Travel as required to meet customers and events
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership in the public sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, contracts, and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel
