Anaplan is a leading provider of connected planning software that helps organizations make better decisions faster. We are seeking a Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our London team and lead critical IT infrastructure initiatives.
Role overview
As a Project Manager - Infrastructure, you will plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects across the organization. You will work closely with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and in line with security and governance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for IT infrastructure initiatives (cloud and on-premise as applicable).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and track progress against milestones.
- Provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs with multiple workstreams.
- PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or relevant methodologies.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network/server concepts is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
