Role Overview
Join Anaplan as a Product Specialist for APAC. In this role you will be the product expert for Anaplan's planning platform across the APAC region, partnering with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive adoption, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and webinars to diverse APAC audiences.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Anaplan platform, including planning, forecasting, and modeling capabilities.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and expansion within APAC accounts.
- Gather customer feedback, contribute to product direction, and relay insights to cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and enablement to customers and partners in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with regional teams on events, onboarding, and support across multiple APAC countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a product specialist, solutions consultant, or related role in SaaS/enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to executive and practitioner audiences.
- Experience with business planning, budgeting, or finance domains; familiarity with planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC market; fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
