Job Description

As the Partner Sales Director - Consumer at Anaplan, you will lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth within the consumer market. You will own the partner strategy from recruitment to enablement and joint GTM planning, collaborating with sales and marketing to scale a high-performance ecosystem.

What you'll do

Develop and execute a scalable partner strategy for the consumer market
Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners
Co-sell with partners, drive pipeline, negotiate and close deals
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver joint GTM programs
Forecast, track, and report on partner-driven revenue and activities
Represent Anaplan in industry events and customer meetings

What we're looking for

8+ years of enterprise software sales or alliances experience, preferably in software or cloud platforms
Proven track record of partner-driven revenue growth and complex deal cycles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with consumer brands, retail, or digital platforms is a plus
Willingness to travel as needed
