📋 Description

  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan and execute partner events (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
  • Logistics & Coordination: Manage budgets, vendors, venues, and platforms (Zoom/Teams).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align objectives with Partner Success, Alliances, Marketing, and speakers.
  • Communication: Craft invitations, reminders, and registrations to drive attendance.
  • On-Site & Virtual Execution: Primary contact to ensure smooth attendee experiences.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, gather feedback, and produce post-event reports.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in event coordination; B2B tech/SaaS preferred.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on with Zoom Webinars and MS Teams; marketing/email tools.
  • Strong organizational, PM, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused; delivering great events.
  • Travel occasionally for in-person events.
