Job Overview

As a Junior Service Manager at Anaplan, you will support day-to-day service delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will assist with onboarding, issue resolution, and the continuous improvement of service processes, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service delivery and customer engagements
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to onboard and deploy solutions
• Monitor responses and meet service level agreements; assist in resolving customer issues
• Assist in handling client escalations in collaboration with more senior colleagues
• Maintain service records in the CRM and internal systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation
• Provide onboarding and basic training support to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years in customer service, account management, or operations
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively across teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software
