- Transform raw source content from SMEs into instructional material, including on-demand and instructor-led training, designed to optimize learning.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in instructional design.
- Proven experience designing product training for Anaplan or similar complex products.
- Experience with Articulate 360, Docebo, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Flexibility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.
