Field Marketing Manager - Asia at Anaplan
Anaplan is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across Asia. This role partners with sales, product marketing, and partnerships to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and enable field teams to win in APAC markets.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies to generate pipeline and support revenue targets across Asia.
- Plan and manage integrated demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and partner marketing activities.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to define target accounts, messaging, and field enablement resources.
- Coordinate regional events and partner programs, helping to maximize attendance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and provide regular reporting on marketing metrics and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, insights, and demand generation teams to optimize campaigns.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of field marketing or demand generation experience in B2B technology, ideally enterprise software.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Asia-Pacific.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across sales, product, and executive teams.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within APAC as needed.
