  • Ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across 15-20 accounts
  • Act as trusted advisor and single contact from onboarding to renewal
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CS plans with account growth targets
  • Identify risks early, manage escalations, champion customers internally
  • Educate customers on best practices in scenario planning using Anaplan
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise customers with complex solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must; Spanish encouraged.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisations and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams; SaaS/EPM, IT delivery, Finance/Accounting preferred.
