Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to join our globally distributed team. This remote position is available to candidates in Europe.

Your Role
- Partner with strategic customers to drive adoption, value realization, and renewal.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer success and account management activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to ensure customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute success plans, drive adoption metrics, and reduce churn.
- Deliver proactive health checks and QBRs, and gather feedback for product improvements.
- Coach and enable customers to maximize the value of Anaplan solutions.
What We Look For
- Proven experience in customer success/account management in SaaS.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-functional environment.
