Overview

Consultant at Anaplan in Tokyo, Japan. You will work with clients to implement Anaplan's connected planning platform, deliver strategic analytics solutions, and support deployment and adoption across business units.

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into Anaplan models
Design, build, and validate Anaplan models including modules, dashboards, data integration, and calculations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and data modeling
Prepare test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure data accuracy
Deliver training sessions and enable user adoption
Support project management, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
3+ years of consulting, analytics, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Anaplan or cloud-based planning platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in Tokyo or travel as needed; Japanese language skills are a plus
