Own uptime and performance of the analytics stack (Superset, Doris, Trino, DuckDB).
Lead tool evaluations, production rollouts, and platform direction.
Collaborate with data engineering, RAC, and infra on APIs and data contracts.
Define and publish SLOs for dashboards and workflows; lead incident response.
Build and maintain the Superset semantic layer with RBAC and governance.
Tune Doris/Trino queries and plan resources to improve speed and reduce cost.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Apache Superset, Doris, Trino, and DuckDB.
OpenMetadata and n8n workflow automation.
Define SLOs, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
RBAC, governance, and semantic layer design.
CI/CD, IaC, containers, Kubernetes; dbt experience.
Advanced SQL and query optimization.
