  • Advanced English proficiency for technical and executive audiences.
  • Mastery of data fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, end-to-end analytics.
  • Proven track record delivering results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project management, agile methods, resource planning, risk mitigation.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching to develop technical talent and continuous learning.
  • Strategic problem-solving with rigor in measuring outcomes and data integrity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management bridging technical execution and business strategy.
