📋 Description

• Own CoE processes: recruitment, onboarding, and career growth for engineers.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coach Eng Leads and engineers; raise seniority and ownership.
• Bridge strategy and execution; ensure initiatives are implemented and tracked.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on data projects; identify risks early and resolve issues.
• Foster data rigor; measure outcomes and deliverables to maintain the 'Factored Bar'.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and manage dependencies.
• Manage complex data projects from inception to completion; communicate results.
• Drive accountability and follow-through; keep projects on track and aligned.
• Monitor and optimize CoE metrics: resource use, placement success, team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years in specialized data roles: analytics, analytics engineering, or data science.
• 2+ years in leadership roles managing teams or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Advanced English proficiency for technical and executive audiences.
• Mastery of data fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, end-to-end analytics.
• Proven track record delivering results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Strong project management, agile methods, resource planning, risk mitigation.
• Experience mentoring and coaching to develop technical talent and continuous learning.
• Strategic problem-solving with rigor in measuring outcomes and data integrity.
• Excellent stakeholder management bridging technical execution and business strategy.
• Nice to Have: consulting or client-facing experience.
• Nice to Have: training program design for data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Nice to Have: exposure to AI and Generative AI in analytics workflows.
• Nice to Have: scaling teams or CoE operations in growth startups.
• Nice to Have: familiarity with advanced data governance frameworks.
• Nice to Have: active participation in data community (open source, talks).
