Architect scalable data models optimized for analytical querying.
Ensure data quality; automate monitoring and validation.
Collaborate with People Analytics to translate requirements into data solutions.
Manage Snowflake data warehouse: performance tuning and secure access.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years with dbt, SQL, Python.
Experience with analytics-ready data models in dbt.
Production IDEs (Cursor, Visual Studio) and GitHub.
Pandas and NumPy experience.
Snowflake, Sigma, Fivetran, Airflow experience.
LLMs for data transformation; MLOps (preferred).
