🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in analytics or data science with cards/payments/fintech experience
- SQL fluency; comfortable with Python/R; strong experimentation
- Knowledge of payments and lending economics
- Experience building analytics for zero-to-one launches and integrations
- Ability to influence executives and engineers with clarity
- Bias for action and automating repetitive tasks
