Provide directional admin of Looker: permissions, performance, content lifecycle, standards
Partner with teams to align metrics; guide semantic tradeoffs
Oversee care and reliability of Kin's core dashboards and reports
Collaborate with data engineers on dimensional modeling and best practices
Hire and lead analytics engineers; mentor on modeling and stakeholder partnership
Develop and implement new analytics and reporting solutions

🎯 Requirements

6–8+ years in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data modeling
Expert-level SQL and dimensional modeling skills
Design simple, durable semantic layers over complex data
Influence upstream data design without owning ingestion
Strong written and verbal communication; align tech and non-tech
Hands-on with lakehouse/warehouse platforms (Databricks) or Looker
