Analytics Engineer, Real Estate and Workplace

📋 Description

• Build and maintain data models in Databricks and SQL for REW reporting.
• Develop data pipelines for Tableau dashboards used by site leaders and execs.
• Define canonical REW metrics and documentation for consistent decisioning.
• Integrate data from HR systems, OfficeSpace, badge/access, room bookings, and sensors.
• Implement data quality checks, tests, and monitoring for REW metrics.
• Build real-time data pipelines that support agent-based operational apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data platforms experience.
• Comfortable with messy operational datasets (IoT, sensor data).
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Spark; real-time systems like Kafka, Kinesis, Delta Live Tables, or Spark Streaming.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
