- Familiar with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Flyte
- Focus on data quality, reliability, and testability
- Experience with BI tools Looker or Tableau
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical partners
- Experience with platform/productivity data or ML/AI metrics
