🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on analytics/BI engineering or similar data role.
- Strong SQL; write clean, performant queries; debug others’ work.
- Working with dbt: model layering, tests, macros, maintainable projects.
- Data modeling principles (dimensional modeling, SCDs, grain).
- Snowflake cloud warehouse; read query plans to diagnose slow queries.
- Experience building Metabase dashboards; differentiate useful vs decorative.
