🎯 Requirements

12+ years in trust/safety, risk ops, data, analytics, or related fields.
4+ years of people management leading senior technical/analytical ICs.
Highly technical for an ops leader: SQL, dashboards, data quality, classifiers, automation, AI tooling.
Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, Codex-like tools, or internal AI platforms.
Built systems for workflow automation, triage/routing, and reporting.
Design human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, and fallback for sensitive workflows.
