Analytics Architect

📋 Description

• Build and maintain core data models for Greenhouse Recruiting and emerging lines.
• Establish global modeling standards using dbt for a single source of truth.
• Design automated data quality frameworks and observability pipelines.
• Partner with Product Engineering to bridge app databases and the analytics warehouse.
• Own the Greenhouse Data Catalog ensuring datasets are documented and discoverable.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies including naming conventions and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or analytics engineer.
• Proven expertise using dbt to create complex data models for B2C or SaaS.
• Track record building frameworks enabling central data teams to drive global consistency.
• Experience modeling complex datasets for recruiting or similar core business functions.
• Strong ability to manage data discoverability tools and enforce documentation standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and manage distributed stakeholders.
