What we look for in you: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any Science, Engineering, or related subjects.Knowledge of statistics and data science is a plus5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in relevant fieldsExperience working in an Agile/Scrum product development and support process using JIRASolid knowledge of SQL, JQL and any other scripting language (R, Python, Excel or VBA Macros) is a plusProficient knowledge of Office 365 and any BI toolsHands on experience on any one wireframe tools (MS Visio, Lucid chart, Balsamiq, Adobe)Experience with A/B testing, or experiment design is a plusAny product management certification or scrum certification and knowledge of GPS-E is a plusSolid knowledge and experience in business analysis and product management in marketing data, measurement, experiment design and relevant business analyticsProblem solving and storytelling skillset by using logical analysis, visual models, and user story mapping technique to clarify complex conceptsRelevant experience in agile software development, scrum methodologies & tools and processes using JIRA (e.g., epics and stories)Understanding the full life cycle of a data product from Raw Data to Decisioning is necessary (ETL, Data Pipeline, Modeling, Decisioning, Visualizations)Excellent multitasking and time management skill to manage stakeholders and to meet tight deadlinesSolid experience with documentations and issue tracking tools – Jira, Confluence, office 365, Microsoft TeamWell-rounded communication skills to persuade, negotiate and influence without authority to all internal and external stakeholdersHands-on technical skills in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL and cloud services such is a plus Additional Information OUR VALUES:
