📋 Description

• Ensure data continuity, integrity, and governance across Talent systems.
• Provide day-to-day support for Talent systems: data mgmt, reporting, imports.
• Manage minor and moderate Talent system incidents with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents impacting Talent data integration.
• Analyze business needs and lead implementation: analysis, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Ensure system access rights are granted, managed, and documented per policy.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 2-5 years relevant analytical experience.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification asset).
• Knowledge of Workforce Software (asset).
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
