🎯 Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics or similar.
- Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with compensation automation software; CaptivateIQ is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on data quality and clear communication.
