🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in finance, business, technology management, stats, math, CS, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics or similar.
  • Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with compensation automation software; CaptivateIQ is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on data quality and clear communication.
