📋 Description

• Manage Hiive's transaction services initiatives and processes.
• Maintain communication templates for transactions and products.
• Coordinate complex transactions with stakeholders to close deals.
• Compile documents and signature packages for closings.
• Support fund investments and investor relations.
• Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Undergrad degree in commerce/business/law/economics.
• Client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, speed.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in transactional work with high volumes of documents.
