Analyst Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Support and execute analyst relations for developers, platforms, and practitioners.
• Lead analyst engagement around developer workflows, APIs, tooling.
• Manage day-to-day relations with analysts and developer-focused influencers.
• Coordinate analyst engagement for Weights & Biases and Monolith in ML workflows.
• Translate complex infra into clear, developer-focused narratives for analysts.
• Partner with product, engineering, and developer marketing to surface authentic use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in analyst relations or developer/tech marketing.
• Strong understanding of developer audiences: cloud-native, AI/ML, platforms.
• Experience with analyst firms covering developer platforms, AI, cloud infra.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, MLOps, observability tools, data infra.
• Clear, nuanced communication of complex technical products.
• Excellent storytelling rooted in real developer workflows and outcomes.
