Ramp quickly onto new engagements with structure, pace, and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

3-7 years in management or strategy consulting (healthcare a plus).
Experience with healthcare providers or value-based care.
Proven ability to lead engagements and mentor juniors.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or advanced degree in a business field preferred.
