- Execute Quality Control testing per Digital Banking QC annual schedule.
- Assess effectiveness of processes and controls across Digital Banking Operations.
- Partner with process owners to validate observations and formalize action plans.

🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in operations, payments, or call centers in financial services.
- 1+ year in quality control, compliance, or operational testing; additional exp preferred.
- Familiarity with Regulation E, UDAAP, and Regulation DD.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
