🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of social media and community building
Deep interest in financial markets
High agency, self-starter with bias toward action
Eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
1–2 years of marketing or community campaigns experience
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus
