Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, pro formas, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate due diligence for land acquisitions, loans, and asset dispositions.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in TX/Oklahoma.
Track milestones across land, entitlement, permitting, and construction.
Prepare project status updates and organize related documentation.
Collaborate with Sr. Associate and principals; own assigned workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in real estate development, investment, or related fields.
Strong Excel skills; experience building financial models and pro formas.
Solid understanding of real estate returns, cash flows, and development economics.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
