📋 Description

• Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, hiring, and compensation.
• Integrate data from HRIS and ATS to create real-time dashboards in Power BI.
• Automate and maintain agentic AI across People Ops to accelerate decision-making.
• Own the accuracy of People Insights dashboards—monitor refresh cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top-quality predictive outputs.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and data models to support new programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in analytics or HR operations.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL (basic), Python (basic) and Excel (including macros).
• Experience with predictive analytics, modeling, or forecasting.
• Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
