Analyst II, Supply Forecasting

📋 Description

• Design and maintain models for contact forecasting, headcount, licensing, and budget.
• Develop forecasting models using time series, regression, and machine learning.
• Develop LP and heuristic optimization to optimize headcount and schedules.
• Partner with internal teams to understand planning problems and drive decisions.
• Forecast labor utilization for in-house and outsourced teams using trends and history.
• Lead forecast and capacity planning meetings; present results to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters or Phd in a quantitative field like statistics, industrial engineering, operations research.
• 5+ years in an analytical role solving forecasting, planning, or similar problems.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and python or R.
• Experience with optimization models using linear programming and solvers like CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
