Analyst II - Pharma LC-MS/MS

📋 Description

• Process samples with extraction techniques (protein precipitation, LLE, SPE, immunoprecipitation)
• Prepare study records and data summaries for client updates and archiving
• Independently create basic experiment plans and set up instrument configurations
• Perform and/or verify calculations for reagent prep and sample analysis
• Review information and documentation for accuracy with ALCOA+
• Process and summarize data using Analyst, Sciex OS, Chromeleon, and Watson

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or another life science field
• Ability to use or learn balances, pH meter, centrifuge, and pipettes
• At least 1 year of GLP lab or equivalent wet-lab experience
• Working knowledge of ALCOA+ documentation for GLP work is a plus
• Experience with LC-MS/MS techniques is preferred
