🎯 Requirements

- Experience building financial models; project appraisal/management; debt restructuring
- Experience assessing and monitoring projects technically as Civil Engineering expert
- Hands-on construction and project monitoring; scheduling, cost estimation, cost control
- Construction management degree from NICMAR preferred
