Involve in ESG, sustainability, climate change consulting, corporate sustainability, or impact investing
Analytics, research, and stakeholder engagement for sustainability data and ESG reporting
Work on global standards: GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UN SDGs, PRI, ISSB
Understand carbon markets (India & global) and ESG risk/regulatory compliance
Draft ESG reports (BRSR, GRI, SASB, CSRD) and responses (CDP, DJSI, Ecovadis)
ESG assessments per IFC PS/ADB ESS; GHG Accounting (Scopes 1-3), DMA, LCA, PCF, EPD

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Master’s degree in MBA, MS specialized in Sustainability/Climate preferred
3-6 years of relevant experience
MS Office and ESG analytics tools (SBTi, CRREM, etc.)
Certifications: SASB FSA, CFA ESG, GRI, GHG Accounting, PRI, etc.
