π― Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation or revenue operations.
- Foundational understanding of SQL.
- Experience analyzing commercial performance data and generating insights.
- Expertise with incentive compensation management systems (SPIFF preferred).
- Experience working with BI and Data Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
