Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
Troubleshoot issues: reschedules, delivery, and integrations.
Identify root causes and partner cross-functionally to fix issues.
Ensure accurate end-to-end order fulfillment across systems.
Apply fulfillment data across 3PL network; onboard partners, adjust zip coverage.
Define KPI/SLA and design dashboards with 3PL teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics or similar
2+ years of professional experience in supply chain or similar role
Advanced Excel, comfortable with large data sets
Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
SQL and Looker experience is a plus
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, action‑oriented environment
