Negotiate and build partnerships with mobile game/app developers to grow UA and ad monetization in GCR.
Collaborate with game developers to improve ad performance and monetization stacks, resolve issues.
Use data to guide strategy and master AppLovin products and solutions.
Liaise with internal technical & operation teams on developer queries and provide support.
Leverage competitive analysis to distill complex messages into simple narrative and action.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in Account Management/BD/Sales in mobile advertising, gaming, or related industries.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Strong client management with retention and growth.
Data-driven and detail-oriented with analytical and negotiation skills.
Proactive problem solving and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
