Own and monitor the OMS support channel; respond to inquiries.
Analyze troubleshooting data; partner with Product/Engineering to address issues.
Own select OMS features and initiatives under supervision.
Gather requirements via stakeholder discovery meetings.
Organize and facilitate UAT sessions; collect end-user feedback.
Create and maintain OMS user guides and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in business ops/automation or related field.
Strong understanding of digital/CTV advertising.
Strong analytical skills; identify patterns from troubleshooting data.
Experience with UAT and training facilitation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced env.
Experience with OMS and revenue optimization solutions used in advertising.
