📋 Description

• Lead underwriting and investment analysis across the deal pipeline.
• Build and maintain financial models for retail, office, mixed-use, redevelopment.
• Review property financial statements, leases, and docs to set underwriting assumptions and timing.
• Analyze comparable sales, leases, market trends, and pricing in Southern California.
• Organize and present analytical findings; set modeling parameters.
• Prepare investment memorandums, marketing copy, financial analyses, and investor presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years in real estate, finance, or related analytics.
• Strong Excel; financial modeling a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented; manages multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ownership and desire to grow in CRE.
